You are only 15? I would be careful with the amount of weights etc you do you might not be fully grown and developed yet.

As for diet plans there are a few examples of diets on the forums and if u read through them you should be able to get an idea of the sorts of foods to eat.

Re: Cutting, need help, got no idea

Well to be frank there are so many places where I have come across and seen that there are advices on how one should lose weight. But as we all know the requirement varies from age to age I would like to know if there is any such chart or health and diet chart to be exact that can make us aware of the same.

ok

how have you established you have a 'low metabolism'

do you mean you eat too much and dont have a high output

as for sida based products?

no 15 year old should be ingesting eph based supplements

up your output
eat frequently
leave supplements alone

yep mate, at 15 you should not be touching anything except real food mate, the other stuff will come much later, firstly good on you for committing to training so early, but going to hard to soon can do more harm than good. i recommend just lowering the amount of food per meal slightly and introducing some am cardio and go from there if your determined to cut, take it slow mate, your 15, this is the time for trial and error.

Why would you tell a 15 year old to lift heavy? Definetly not the best idea.

You can't even get gym membership in alot of places at 15, and that is for a reason.
