Re: Diet advice

Terrible idea and terrible diet...

Loads of sugar, shocking amount of shakes, no vitamins or minerals.

You'll just end up wasting muscle away and you'll be ill by the time you go away.

Care to suggest an alternative?

Why loads of sugar? in the milk?

Re: Diet advice

Dropping 7lbs in under 2 weeks is going to be pretty difficult. Well...it will be easy to drop the weight but not the fat. It will be water loss if anything.

Also dont even try following a typical crash diet people use. I knew they were bad etc, but found out today that eventually if you stay on it for ages you eat away at your liver!

Why should I suggest an alternative when you have put no thought what so ever in to your own diet.

One proper meal per day doesn't make a diet.

If you really wanna drop the fat get down the gym every morning before eating and do some early morning cardio.

Bannana and protein shake in water - Drop the banana. Ideally have 2 whole eggs and 4 egg whites
Vit/mineral tablet
extra vit C and vit E

Mid Morning
Protein shake in water - if you drop the 1st shake then fine, add some almond butter

Lunch
Cod Steak/Tuna
Small Jacket Potato - Personally I'd drop the spud
Veg

Mid afternoon
Protein shake in water

Evening Meal
Pasta/grilled chicken or somthing similair - Drop the pasta
Veg

Supper
Protein shake in water - Go with more eggs or cottage cheese
You'll need a refeed day with that diet and tbh it's still not enough food.
