Keto diet question/ carb loading

Ok! Im trying a keto diet and have a query about the carb up/ refeed day.

My refeed starts 6pm friday evening and runs till bedtime saturday night. During this time i aim for about 900grams of carbs, spread out in each meal obviously.

My questions is , does it matter what kinda carbs i have? My glucogen stores are obviously totally exhausted so i would have thought that any carbs i eat would instantly top up my glucogen levels. Is that right ?
I use mainly oats as my carb source and some basmati rice, but was wondering if i could also use maltodextrin in my shakes as its a less filling food . Or will that spike blood sugar levels?

Re: Keto diet question/ carb loading

Rob Faigan has a good book on this.
Basicly he does low carb high protein medium fats for 5 days, then last two meals day 5 are low protein, low fat, high carb.
