i no this lad is trying to lose weight but I think his diet is going to be to little for him to retain muscle and drop fat.

IMO some of those protein drinks would better of being say some chicken or even some eggs or steak (anyone protein food and just dont have carbs with it), you can always seperate the whites and yoke if you are so consious of the fat content in the eggs.

I was always told to aim for around 150 to 200g of whole food proteins and supplement the remainder of your diet.

Pscarb would be able to shed alot more light on this eating plan...
