![]() ![]() | CV TIMINGS guys do to work changes i have to do odd cv timing from now on, early morn is fine 5g bcaa 2g carintine 2 x eph ,,and 30 min later off i go then around lunch time have a 3-3 hr window ,gonna have to fit cv in at this time as no time after early eve workout, do i just do the cv or would it be better to cut carbs back for a meal or two before this session ?????? |

![]() | Re: CV TIMINGS Early morning is best time mate. You say you are ok for this, so why do you then need to fit another cardio session in at midday? I dont see the need for 2 cardio sessions a day and a weights session! However if you cant fit your cardio in early morning, then cardio at any time of the day is better than no cardio at all! |

![]() ![]() | Re: CV TIMINGS mm cheers for input fella , i up my cv to 2hrs aday at ome stages of my diet , so i can keep kcals and carbs up high seems to work well for me, guess i could all ways drop carbs lower :confused: |
