wms with cardio

After i've completed a cardio workout should I still be taking the waxy maize starch with protein.

Re: wms with cardio

i wouldnt of thought so.

i only use post work out drinks after working out with weights. if yuo do your cardio after weights i would say yes. but if your just doing morning cardio then id say have a normal breakfast afterwards
