Cardio Work Out Times

Hiya All,

I am looking to start with some cardio over the coming week and basically I would like some advice on good times to do it, I will be doing walking and ski cross 5 days a week inconjuction with using ECA's.

Mon-Wed-Fri

I will doing it first thing in the morning from 6 till 7 on an empty stomach and then hit the gym around 2-3pm my usual weights training time

But!!!

Tue-Thurs

I wanna no when is the best time to eat considering I cant do my cardio work out first thing in the morning and I will be training between 2-3 in the arvo, usually I have a meal at 12 so its digested and ready for gym but I am wondering should I skip this meal to aid the fat loss process?

My meal time before that is 9.30am till 10am which consists of a bowl of oats, with whey and cashews and banana with milk.....

any advice from the experience BB would be greatly appreciated, Pscarb, tinytom, ninepack etc

Re: Cardio Work Out Times

So can you do fasted morning cardio Mon, Wed, Fri, Sat & Sun?

If so 5 days a week AM cardio should be more than adequate to help with a reasonable rate of fat loss.

IMO look at the other areas once you losses slow down
