helicopter is on a distinguished road
serious help needed diet

hi
looking to cut up for my holiday i will oly have about 4 weeks to do so im about 11 an a half stone an have about 14% bf an im 18 years old
i dont count calories so what do you recon i should be eating and how should i be training
my goal is to get as cut as possible before my holiday holding on to as much mass as possible

please could someone construct me a diet and tell me how many days a week i should be training to get to my goal
also are there any effectie supplements i can take

We arent going to do the work for you lol!

Record what you eat for one week then post it here along with your FULL stats, including Body weight.

If you want to diet you will have to count calories or get Fitday to do it for you.

How often you train and how depends on your training status we know nothing about you mate?

Come back with the information above and that will be enough evidence that you want to help yourself as much as you want us to help you.
