A Bit of advice please....

Since I cannot do any lifting due to my rotator cuff injury I am going to hit the cardio hard. My diet was diet was good whilst lifting, I took in alot of advice from the guys on this site and it was very much appreciated. I was planning my new diet for the cardio and was thinkg along the line of the following:

8am - 50g Oats, 200milk, 2 eggs & 2 eggwhites
10.30am - 30g Whey with 400ml water, 100g berries, 25g almonds
1pm - Seafood (either tuna, salmon or crayfish), salad, 125g rice
5pm workout
6pm - Whey protein
7pm - Chicken, turkey, fish or steak, veg
9.30pm - Whey protein, 50g peanut butter

I was unsure whether or not to eat at 3.30pm or just carry out cardio on an empty stomach, and should I have some carbs with PWO drink and the 7pm meal.

I'm still going to be doing some leg work, but my main aim is to shift the weight until I get a full run down on my shoulder.
