| Newbie Trainer | at home cardio hi all i would like to know wot other forms of cardio is there apart from running machien rowing bike and skipping i would like to do more cardio work but im not part of a gym and dont have no bike, rowing machine and i dont really like running out side could you guys help me out in any way |

| If you can imagine it, you can achieve it; if you can dream it, you can become it. | Re: at home cardio you could buy a mini trampoline from argos..... try jogging on that...much better on your knees than running or get yourself a punch bag and do boxing in the morning.... |

![]() ![]() ![]() | Re: at home cardio I have tried those mini trampolines but they hurt my ankles.. I am about to start swimming as I have had a foot injury and this will be no impact of my bones/joints and will be good cardio. |

You say I know xyz are good for cardio, but I dont have xy and I can't be @rse to do z. Get a bike (push bike or stationary) or get some running shoes. |
