Diet Help Please! (Cutting)

Am about 15 stone give or take a pound or two wanna cut in abit

How does this look

Black coffee when wake up take ECA tab

Cardio 30 mins (Increase to 45 mins after week or so)

Breakfast
4 Boiled eggs or 5 Scrambled , 1/2 cup oats

Work Break:
Protein shake(2 tbsp flax) Banna or Apple - (Only short work break)

Dinner:
200g Chicken/Steak or Tin of Tuna , Veg,1/2 cup of rice

Workout

PWO
25g Protein, 50 Dextrose,30mg Malto

Tea:
200g Chicken/Steak or Tin of Tuna, 1/2 cup rice

Before Bed
Protein shake (casein) (2 tbsp flax)

Any help in which areas to twek it would be appreciated

Looks ok, maybe swap the last portion of rice for some kind of fibrous veg??

Work Break:

Workout

25g Protein, 50 Dextrose,30mg Malto Increase protein here and may look to reduce carbs

Tea:
200g Chicken/Steak or Tin of Tuna, 1/2 cup rice Fib Veg here

Before Bed
Protein shake (casein) (2 tbsp flax)

Any help in which areas to twek it would be appreciated
Just some ideas for now. Can improve further when weightloss slows. Other options such as keto diets e.t.c.
