| Newbie Trainer | new addvice please hi all little about my self im 21 just started on a fat burnner called san tight along with a diet no crap 1 lol chicken veg water nut bars i would like to know wot if any think would i be able to snack on during the night after say 8 oclock 21 175cm 93.7kgs overweight on bench 50.8kgs dumbbells 6.8 kgs do 100 dumbbells each arm try an do 100 bench press thats all i do home gym i am going to try an do some abbs starting today i have a abb cruncher hardley no cardio walk places not a lot of sport i am looking on looseing around 3 stone any advise would be appreacieated i really want to loose weight mostley off my gut area thanks all mike |

Post your daily diet and training routine and get the guys to help out, alternativley use the search function, there are thousands of threads like this with tonnes of great advice. Good luck, Jock |

| Newbie Trainer | Re: new addvice please ok breakfast weaterbix x 2 lunch butty tea chicken breast with veg or tuna paster my work out is just that weights i dont go to a gym as i carnt afford it so i have to do with wot i have i dont really like cardio am ok on a tread mill but out side am crap at running any addvice lads thanks mike |
