Unhappy I've got moobs

lol, since the split up between me and the mrs (around christmas) I had been eating and drinking ****!! had just finished my 1st cycle and was looking ok. For some reason I thought the answer to what was going on was in a bottle!!! It wasnt!

So... do I cut down before my next cycle or just keep eating clean as I am doing now and start my second one?

Dieting between cycles? Not the best idea - how about using your next cycle as a cutter, you will hold onto way more muscle and loose fat easier.

funny you should meantion that mate, I had been toying with the idea of EQ and clen?

But then was thinking, sure I've got a little fat here and there ATM but, clean bulk and things should start to look better :confused:

Only you can really answer this mate, it really depends on what YOU want.
from personal experience simply cleaning up your diet and doing a bit of cardio will help as opposed to balls-out dieting that may lose a bit of the muscle you have worked hard to gain.

Get to a size you are happy with then you can always cut down IMO.
