Help

Hi , ive been dieting for about 2 weeks now and ive just been reading up on here and am totally confused now . If im dieting and not eating as much then ill start to lose muscle aswell as bodyfat ?. Ive been eating like BARE MINIMUM meals perday but upping my protien intake ? Is this totally wrong to do . I dont have a diet i just try to eat things like chicken, fish, eggs, steak etc etc , with rice potatos etc . im 12.4lbs and i take in 120grams protien perday , then my food . I hoped by limiting the carbs with my meals and lowering my calories perday this would lose fat but the protien would keep my size and continue the growth . My workouts are uneffected and my strength seems to still be 110% there? I use no expode prework out so im getting alot of my energys from that . I also upped my cardio from 20 mins to 30 mins and run @ 7.5kms . Dont get me wrong im hardly fat atall im just looking for the finishing definition on my belly and any advice would be much appreciated
