bodyfat%

im just wondering what the bodyfat% is, so your abs can be seen and more defined? ive only been training since last september and have gone from 10stone 8, to 13 stone. my bodyfat is roughly around 15-16%. my muscles are pretty defined just lower abs let me down.
cheers
