Of course, I am forever telling clients that they cannot choose which area to shift fat from, the body will metabolise fat stores as it sees fit. I was saying however, that in general, on a man, the front of the torso generally comes into condition before the other areas. It's all relative to the starting condition of the subject anyway.

Re: how to loose abdominal fat? need lil help

thanks peg. '8 hours sleep' is little tough, i can't sleep more than 6hours, that's probably cause of the age(i'm 30) and we all have enough work pressures in addition anyway .

now coming to creatine, i bought it last week and started using according to the instructions on the bottle and i bought caffeine as well, was wondering how many hours can i workout everyday(maximum)??

Re: how to loose abdominal fat? need lil help

this is true however both men and women hold brown fatty cells(the worst type) in different areas as men we hold mostly in the lower ab region and lower back women hold more in the glute and thigh region......

Brown fatty cells are their for the body to call upon when in starvation mode this is the main reason why in general the last areas to go....although their are exceptions to the rule...

my lower back is the very last place i hold fat when dieting where as my quads are striated after just 4 weeks....

The best way to lose fat is to be calorie deficient if you are burning more calories than you are eating then you will lose fat but their are no exercises that burn fat off just one area of the body no matter what the advert says
