my current gym regime is 30-45 mins running on treadmill everyday, and try to include few weights in everyday alternating which muscles im working.i think my diet may not be helping me it is currently.

7.30 cereal (not always tho depending what time i get up if its late then nothing)
10am ham sandwhiches with brown bread also usually about a 3/4litre of water.
then sometimes more water during the day or maybe a lucozade sport drink
4pm just before i go to the gym try to eat anothe rbowl of cereal

then gym workout....

then around 6.30 dinner varys everyday from chicken to steak to watever gets made for me.

i know my diet isnt good can any1 suggest something better that will help me lose bit of weight and body fat before i go on my summer hols lol
and so i can start bulking up as well once i lost the fat.

Nail your gym workouts and your cardio plus your diet and you'll be fine mate, plenty of protiens like chicken, fish, tuna, quark, cottage cheese you'll not go far wrong mate, also you'll need carbs for fuel and energy in the gym and in work, carb depletion will make you fell like a bag of brown stuff, make sure you have a re feed once or twice a week.
