Re: my diet...?

my only comment would be the carbs,,,,

292 high

230 med

167 low

now i may be wrong but is this enough of a difference in the carbs to call it a cycle?.....

i cant find it now, but there is a thread on here with a carb cycle on it,..(i think it was Pscarbs)

and it shows low carbs at virtually 0 ...in fact i think the few carbs that were in there were from veg, and thus more or less cancelled out by the fibre,...

other than that i think it looks nice , very well thought out,...

So

i hearby bump this thread, to recieve more input from the lads in the know...

helloooooo!

ps,.. well done so far mate, on the stats,...

Re: my diet...?

i was actually thinking of dropping my low day too about 100g carbs and uping the fats a little to make up the cals...

and the same for my medium day... too 180g carbs and up the fats

but keep the high day the same maybe a few more carbs???

the thing is i have still been losing weight and i don't want to lose to much more original plan was to be about 13st 10 at 10%bf but not quite worked out?

i might try a 0 carb day or 2 i'm not at work this week so i should be ok...

thanks for your input...

btw what % bf are you in your pic you look in really good shape?

[quote=RAIKEY;263970]mate if your still losing the fat then dont do much just yet

thats just the problem... mind games??? because my digital calipers give me different readings all the time chest can be 6-8mm waist can be 8-10mm leg 12-13mm my age is 31 i've had them as low as 6% ha ha no way...

accumessure is 1 messurment on the waist and is always between 7-8mm
giving me a bfp at 11.7 but only just turned 31 last month and on the day of my birthday it went up by 1% although the reading was still the same other wise i would be 10.6...

i know i should just use the mirror and i'm def leaner and i know i'm going to indepth but just don't want to lose any muscle thats why i wanted to know about the cardio debate slow or fast???

theres so many opinions on how its done its very confusing:frusty: so hopfully it is fat and not muscle

thanks again

Re: my diet...?

if your concerns are muscle loss due to catabolism, and your still losing fat with the steady cardio,...

then i,d say leave well alone mate,....

it does fcuk you up in the head dont it....

just keep lookin in the mirror,....and take the opinion of a constant other,...like a guy in the gym who's gonna be brutal with yer,...

even calipers are not that accurate ,,..

i think theres only one real way to get a 99% acurrate BFP (is it hydrostacic test) ...summat to di with a floatation tank or summat lol,....

but the crux is,.....if your goin to compete then the judges look at you with human eyes ,..there not gonna rush forward with the calipers,....

not pushin but you should post up some pics mate and see waht kinda response you get,....

ha ha lol... jay cuttler would have won the last few years running if thats how they judged it... better still dexter jackson would always win!!!

not competing although you'd think i was with all the questions and that i weigh everything i eat... thanks for your input mate i will get some pics up and see what the comments are??
