my diet

i started monday

my stats are 18 stone 17% BF 6.4"

i am going go for a low medium low medium low low refeed carb cycle.

Low
Meal 1: 60g oats 2 scoops whey
Meal 2: 200g chicken leafy salad olive oil/udos
Meal 3: 200g chicken/Tuna leafy salad olive oil/udos
Meal 4: CNP Pro Flapjack
gym
Meal 5: PWO shake
Meal 6: Beef/Fish and Veg

Snack if needed nuts

Medium
Meal 1: 60g oats 2 scoops whey
meal 2: 200g chicken 200g rice olive oil/udos
meal 3: 200g chicken/Tuna 200g rice olive oil/udos
meal 4: CNP Pro Flapjack
Gym
Meal 5: PWO shake
Meal 6: Beef/Fish and Veg

This is the 1st time ive ever really done a proper diet so this is a 1st to me so any pointers were i am going wrong would be great, so far i feel good. which i am not sure i am ment to lol.

Re: my diet

Looks pretty good to me - although I'd drop the flapjacks. If you want carbs before training go with an apple.

I'd consider having 100g oats in the morning if you drop the flapjack.
