How Does my Diet look for Cutting and Losing Bodyfat?

First off I'm new here so a little bit about myself.

I'm 29 and 5ft 8 inches tall and I have been training for ten years and when I started out I was 11stone, now I'm 18st 7lbs.

My Measurements are:

Chest: 53 inch
Biceps: Just Under 19 inch
Waist: 38-39 Inch
Quads: 28 Inch, measured at thickest part of quad rather than top of the leg.
Calves: 19 Inch

I started dieting mid last year and all was going well until I tore my shoulder to the point were training biceps was giving me serious pain. Needless to say the diet went outa the window and I went from eating nothing to eating everything.

I got my shoulder sorted and got back to the gym when I then suffered several abrasions on my cornia whilst at work which nearly cost me my sight in my left eye. This again threw me off from the gym and I started to feel really low and I was having daily hospital visits etc.

I started to get back to my old self towards Christmas 2006 but then decided pointless to diet so close to Christmas so concentrated on just training.

I weighed myself at the beginning of April 2007 and I was a fat 19stone 9lbs.

Todays weight is 18st 7lbs and below is the diet I have used:

Breakfast: 60 Oats mixed with 2 scoops protein powder mixed with water or 60g oats, sprinkle of cinnamon powder, spoonful of dried mixed fruit made with water along with ten egg whites depending on how much time I have to prepare.

Mid Morning: 2 Scoops protein powder mixed with water.

Lunch: Packet Uncle Ben's Microwave Wholegrain Rice or a 200g Potato with either 2 chicken breasts or 3 pieces of fish.

Mid Aft: 2 Scoops of protein powder mixed with water or 3 pieces of fish (depending on whether I get chance to eat it at work)

Gym: Straight after gym 2 scoops protein powder with water.

45 Minutes Cardio (Fast Walking)

Mid Eve: 2 Chicken Breasts, 3 portions of fish or 320g of Turkey with spinach and broccoli.

Before bed: 8 egg whites scrambled or 2 chicken breasts.

6-8 litres of water per day.

The fish I use is either Cod, Coley, Haddock or Salmon.

I'm doing 100g carbs per day for 5 days and on day 6 I have 250g carbs then back to 100g carbs for a further 5 days and so on.

(This routine was given to me by a close friend who regularly competes)

I have also been taking 2 clenbuterol first thing in morning along with 1 T3, then I have a further 2 clenbuterol at around 4pm and another T3.

To be honest my cardio is not as consistant as it should be and I'm working towards putting that right.

Also thinking of doing Trembolone, Winny, Clen and T3 stack in another month or so as I obviosuly don't want to lose to much muscle mass.

So there you have it, feel free to give me any tips that may help or alterations you think I could make and lets see if I can get down to 16 and a half stone and see how I look then.

Many thanks for reading.

Dave

no idea why no one has responded mate, especially when you hav espent so much time typing!!!

I beleive from your stats that you are a big fella. Personally, I would beinterested to know what percentage of that is body fat, do you know?

The diet does not look too bad. What is your training like, detail what you do on a weekly basis.

Re: How Does my Diet look for Cutting and Losing Bodyfat?

To be honest mate I'm not sure or not even sure how I could work it out, if I had a digital camera then I'd fire up a few pics.

Training is good!

Chest, Biceps Monday

Legs Tuesday

Day Off Wednesday

Shoulders, Triceps Thursday

Back, Traps Friday

Cardio 40 minutes , Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday!

I train strictly with good form, I never sacrifice form for silly pundage just to try and look good in front of people in the gym.

Hope that helps.

Hiya Dave,i think your working along the right lines diet wise except i cant see any fats in there also i know your keeping your carbs down but maybe a little something pwo such as a banana may help and personally id swap your pre bed meal for a casein shake, slower release and might be easier on the gut aiding sleep.
