HELP ME GET RID OF STRETCH MARKS!!!!!! - UK-Muscle Body Building Community

So I used to play college football, I was in pretty good shape. Back then I was 6ft 3.5 inches and 240lbs. Long story short i blew out my knee and had to have four surgeries over a three year period. My muscle went to **** and I ballooned up to 293lbs. My stomach got all strech-marked out and it looks terrible. In the last 3 or 4 months I have been losing weight and packing on muscle and am now down to about 270 lbs. I am starting to get more stretch marks on my chest, shoulders, and lats because of how fast I am growing. It's almost beach season and Iam not looking forward to taking off my shirt because of the strech marks. Is there any kind of lotion or balm that I can apply to help heal the marks. If any one has any good insight other than the obvious "get on the tredmill fatty" ,which I am doing, I would really like some advice. thanks

Im not sure what to use for stretch marks. I have seen in tesco's that cocoa butter do a cream for stretch marks. Have a look

Bio oil is excellant for stretch marks it is expensive but very good...

Bio Oil. Where can you get that from paul? Ive got a few stretch marks on my outer chest.

Vitamin E Oil is good apparently but I can't speak from experience....

yes Boots sell it, my wife put me onto it to reduce acne scaring but it is very good for stretch marks as well

Some people find tanning helps as well.

Boots sell a good one. My missus uses one from there due to the stretchmarks she got throughout the pregnancy. It's working a treat whatever it is. Really faded them.

ive gt bad stretch marks, nothing will gt rid of them completly, ive tried every thing, tannin, Bio oil, coca butter.

Bio oil is by far the best thing to fade them.

I have to say that when I posted this I was about 295 lbs, Quite a bit of muscle but I let m drinking blow me way up and I was really fat, now I'm down to 245 and tbh, that's the best cure for stretch marks. They have faded so much, and the bio oil helped, I think they only recently started selling it in the US. Because I could not find it for about 6 months, then bang it's all over, rubbing that on every night and every morning really helped fade them and tanning helped a lot too. I am starting to get them pretty bad on my biceps extending from my chest, (always had lots of chest stretch marks) and the front head of my delts are getting them too, but it's the price you pay.
