PScarb Jocko etc is this o.k??

Hi guys, i'm 2 days into my ECA cycle now and i'm gonna run that 2 weeks on 2 off. I'm currently 14'9 and would love to drop down to 13st(long way to go i know).Just got in from training where i did back and biceps followed up with an hours cardio. Before i went i took ECA and had 1 slice of wholemeal toast just to start the metablolism up on return i made a oat/protein shake with red top milk and a small sqeeze of honey.
Later this afternoon ECA again with another shake tonight steamed chicken with brocolli.
Is this ok for what i want to achive or am i eatin too much/or not enough also am i eating at the right times?
Sorry that its long winded but any advice would be great

Jacko i need you to type your diet out meal by meal along with times of these meals, it would help if you place each meal on a seperate line.

also exactly what supplements you are taking and when??

ECA will surpress appetite.

Not enough meals in your diet TBH, mate. PWO shake should have simple sugars in it, i.e. WMS or dextrose etc.

You need multi-vits, EFA, etc everyday.

How many carbs are you wanting to have a day? It looks as though your only consuming 60 grams of carbs a day with that diet, plus about 20g of sugared carbs from your milk PWO.

Re: PScarb Jocko etc is this o.k??

what weight are you?? low carbs does not mean starving yourself...just at first look you dont have enough meals giving you half as much protein/fats to replace any carbs you are dropping

EFAs are Essential Fatty Acids; your Omega-3's and Omega 6's. They're you're 'good fats'. Good sources are nuts (walnuts, Brazil nuts, almonds etc.) and oily fish (salmon, sardines, mackerel, tuna), and flaxseed oil. You get supplements, too, like Fish Oil capsules and Udos.
