To Yolk or not to Yolk?

I am cutting right now and want to know people's opinions on egg yolks. Is it worth just eating the white, or do you think whole eggs are aceptable in cutting?

...or even having some whole and some just whites?

Depends if it interferes with your macro's.
I always use whole eggs, they contain a third of the protein too.

I think there is to much good stuff in the yolk to totaly disregard it. When cutting in the past i have used half whole eggs and half whites.

Re: To Yolk or not to Yolk?

agree with the other Egg yolks contain alot of he good stuff in eggs obvouisly if you are eating a low fat diet(which in my opinion is a bad idea) then use 1 with every 6 whites yolks enable the body to fully use the whites so in my opinion you need at least one....

Re: To Yolk or not to Yolk?

Half and Half for me.

I usually have 8 Eggs for breakfast (Apart from the last week where its been to damn muggy/hot to stomach cooked meal @ 8.30am) and i have 4 whole and 4 whites.

I think it was Big that told me that it was something in the egg yolk that actually helped to digest the egg white protein.....

Cant remember what he said now :(
