Smile Clen+t4??? advice needed

Hi guys, i'm looking for some sound advice about using these two together too really rip up in time for holiday in about 9 weeks time, i've read on other threads that t3 will not only burn fat but also muscle which is the last thing i want so i wondered about t4/clen combo instead?
I tried the ECA stack last summer but didn't get on with it that well but i have used Clen before and found it ok,would also like to know the correct cycle if thats not too much trouble guys along with dosages etc.
As a newbie to the boards please go easy if i've suggested anything daft

T4 is simply a less poweful form of T3, people take more T4 to make up for it, TBH mate you need to make sure your diet is tip-top, supplements like this will help but only if your diet is good.
Clen is a good med I would use it for 2 weeks then switch with ECA cycle it every fortnight.
Start off at 20-40mcg (thats micrograms) and taper up by 20mcg every 3 days.

As above, what's your current diet like? To be honest, you have to be really careful with thyroid drugs and be completely dedicated to a planned out cycle. I think they're best kept to competition preps or for professionals who depend on achieving low BF%. I jumped in quite early with T3 just for cosmetic reasons, and although I did plan accordingly, in hindsight it was an unneccessary step. If you're previously done allright by Clen, I'd say stick to that. If you do go down the thyroid route, do T4 first, conservatively, and read up on tapering.

Re: Clen+t4??? advice needed

Thanks for the replies guys apollogies for not getting back till this morning.
Answer to first question is that diet is good, good as in i always buy and cook my own meals(lean meat fresh veg/salad etc) thats along with hitting the weights 5 times a week with an hours cardio each day also.
I guess my problem has always been that i've always been one of those guys who's prone to carry a bit of excess and would love to get really toned for a change.
Clyde when you used t4 did you go on 25mcg per day building up by 1 tab each day until you reached 100mcg then dropping it down by the same ammounts to wind it down?

Re: Clen+t4??? advice needed

Post your diet and your training routine mate, unless you are on bucketloads of steroids or have freaky genetics you shouldn't be lifting 5 days a week, that is waaaay too much.
I appreciate this isn't what you are asking but if you want to do all that plus take thyroid meds like T4 you are risking a lot of muscle loss.
Make sure your diet and routine are in check then you can add in meds like this.

Re: Clen+t4??? advice needed

The more i've read about t4 on the site has put me off a bit Jock, think i'm gonna give the ECA/clen route a try as you suggested mate.

mon-shoulders/triceps
tue-back/biceps
wed-chest/triceps
thurs-legs
fri-a light circit of shoulders/back/chest/arms

After each session an hours cardio.

Got to add i don't train mega heavy i go for higher reps as my goal is to be fitter an leaner

No, I was using T3, and using increments of 12.5mcg. Can't remember if I went to 75mcg or 100mcg. Used a liquid research chemical first; no noticiable difference and I think accurate dosing was difficult. Then pharma-grade tablets.
