really annoyed

Right lads i am trying to gain muscle and shift this flab off my belly...I know it is like opposite eat less than normal to lose fat eat more to get muscle..what can i do to shift this flab on my belly its horrid! I mean when i sit down its like a sack.....my gf is like cant u train it away? the thing is i have meniscus making it hard to do jogging and all that what can i do to lose fat ...will fat disappear if i dnt eat chocolate nad coke and just eat protein carbs and veg or will i have to do cardio also

You can sort your bodyfat out with diet alone. However, you should also do cardio, as it's good for your heart and can prolong your life and/or quality of life as you get older. Jogging is pretty dreadful cardio IMO anyway - stick to something low impact on your joints (particularly as you're lifting weights too). Cross-trainer or bike is great.

What is your current diet like? List out everything you have in a typical day... and I mean EVERYTHING you REALLY have, including quantities.

OFFO i can understand the title of this thread because i am now getting annoyed in having to move nearly all your threads to the appropriate section of the forum....for example this thread should be in the "Losing Fat" section....i will move it this time but any more and they will be deleted.

yeh drop the coke and chocolate and the protien, carbs n veg will help you lose weigt but cardio is also a booster bud
