to lose BF cant i just......

cant i just have minimal carbs? and fats?

i mean i dont have much money and i work twice a day but in the morning i have about 4-6 poached eggs about 10:00 maybe i should eat about 7:30 before i leave for work?

then about 12:00 ill have a pro-peptide, then about 2:00 ill have like 2 turkey breasts wih some light salad cream, then about 5:00 abother pro-peptide, 9:00 some meat/fish and vegetables

im trying to keep gaining muscle and i dsont mind if its slwly that i burn fat but it is going down slightly, but is there anything i should know???

i know i should have things like jacket potatoes but they bloat me etc and to lose BF wouldnt i just be better having minimal carbs and fats?

thanks alot guys

Doing low carbs constantly isn't going to burn fat forever. There are different ways to diet.

Carb cycling is an option, or just having the required amount of carbs you need for your bodyweight, along with cardio & training will burn fat.

Re: to lose BF cant i just......

I'd do cardio after your weight as your glycogen stores will be depleted and you should burn more fat, also means you'll be stronger for your weight training than if you did cardio first.

Generally low carbs and low fats aren't a good idea for long term results. Read the Cabr cycling post as that gives you all the info you need to do it right, but you need an energy source and either carbs or fats will do it.

Do cardio before breakfast - that'll tap into the fat stores.
