![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Re: Sport Fat Reduction Loss theres been a recent study on spot reduction where athletes trained one leg on the leg extension and left the other leg rested. it was found that the trained leg released 9x more fat from there cells than the trained leg. it was found best to do high reps with low rest times between. (muscle anf fitness magazine) but... the fat that is released from the cells will need to be burned off. im not saying this works but try training your abs, high reps with low rest time and then do 40mins cardio. this is what im doing now. at the end of the day though fat is fat and it will be burned off. if you still have fat on your stomach just keep burning it off. it will come eventually |

my mate was around 8% but he had no seperation between his abs. he had a vein running through his stomach but still no abs. in his case it was training the only thing that got his abs to show. some people abs show at around 11% if they are well trained where as other people will need to be around 9% before they out. i do agree with around 70% of ab work is all about diet and cardio, but they will never look good without traing them hard. | |

Agree on that, but genetics play a massive part in developing abs. As Nine Pack says; 'train abs everyday that has a 'Z' in it. LMFAO!!! ![]()
