Sticking Point

Ive been losing weight fine for a few weeks now but cant seem to get past a paticular point. I Have abit still to lose and its getting on my nerves now. I have tried changing cardio routines, doing more cardio (from 30 mins up to 1hr 45mins). My diet is clean and eat small meals through the day. Ive tried changing my meals and cant take in any less or I'm gonna be starving myself. Or and have tried supps as well. At the minute I'm off them and hoping that when I take them again it will give me a boost because they helped alot at the start. I cant think of anything else to do, any ideas!

Re: Sticking Point

i hit bad sticking point carb cycling. till a good freind poited out that i was too against carbs. ive since dropped the fats a little and upped the carbs.

im eating my carbs when it matter though ie, quite a lot on a morning and around training but next to no carbs at afternoon/evening meals.

i also changed my cardio from 65% hr to around 75% for the same duration (45mins) since adjusting all this im alot fuller from the carbs and ive dropped 3/4s of an inch from my waist, and it only been around 10 days.

im not saying follow this but maybe a change is in order. one thing though mate, you will waste away muscle doing 1.45 cardio! try splitting it into 2 sessions to avoid wasting muscle

Re: Sticking Point

yeah I thought I might lose size doing it that longbut just got a little sick of seeing the same weight all the time. I had a few days off the diet and supps and hope that now I'm back on after a break it will kick start things again. My diet is spot on, I was lucky enough to have someone give me a eating plan and it worked really well at first. Anyway back to the grind now and I'll post if things change.
