pls help with my diet

hi fellas, im starting a cut and plan on this for my diet for the first 6 weeks, then if things have slowed down i plan on carb cycling 200g med days, 250 high & 150 low.

645 cardio

730am 40g whey + 3 wheetabix with skim milk + apple or 20g whey 4 egg whites 2 yolks, 2 slices brown toast 1 apple

10am 40g casien or 1 chicken breast + 50g oats + 1 apple

1130am train

pwo 40g whey + 50g dextrose

1pm tin tuna + baked potato

4pm 175g steak (turkey on non weight days) veg + tbls oil

7pm 1 chicken breast + veg

10pm 40g casien + tbsp oil

how does that look guys. Just looking to shift about 20lbs to get the body fat to around 12-15%

Bit carb phobic to me bud. I'd suggest splitting your carbs evenly over the day. even when dieting for a show I have some carbs at supper. It's only a tiny serving of oats, but it's essential.
