Help please

Hi guys,

My aim is the usual weight loss and muscle definition, and I have a workout plan organised and ready to go. The only problem ive got is organising my diet and meal plans. I have a fairly healthy diet as a vegetarian, however i do succumb to the food vices. I am worried that i will not be eating enough during to the day, this is an example of my daily eating (without the vice ;) )

At workout, I have a banana.

Breakfast: usually PWO: Oats & Orange/Grapefruit

Mid Morning: Generally some fruit

Lunch: 2 x Tuna in Extra Light Mayo & Salad Wraps or Omlette

Afternoon snack: again some fruit, either apples/orange/melon

Dinner: Piece of fish salmon or tuna (or vegetarian quorn grill), with brown rice and some vegtables. OR a stirfry (with low soy).

Nighttime snack: Maybe a piece of fruit or some ricecakes

-----

I am trying to cut out milk/lactose so should i buy lactose free milk, and for my breakfast i was moving away from oats as its summer and have a light flake (Finesse) cereal with fruit. As well as salads now.

So my aim is weight loss and using weight training 4 day split, with cardio on the 3 other days. However, could someone advise me with my eating plan, and what to eat on the snack gaps as I am not used to eating more meals! Also, is low fat greek yoghurt with either fruit or nuts a good snack? What about portion sizes, like how much protein, carbs and veg that sort of thing?

Thanks so much for everyones help

Miss T.
