Bloated

Whatever i seem to eat i look pregnant and i dont digest my food very well. What should i do to get rid of bloat or what to take?

I had this problem, ive cut out bread and take green chi tea after every meal, it seems to be working so far, i also tryed charcoal tabs but they didnt seem to do it for me.

Yeah i got mine from morrisons dr stuart does a good one, thinking about going to a proper chinese herbal guy to get some.

Digestive enzymes and pro-biotics will do wonders for bloating.
Pretty quick too.
You can not take too much of them and the only sides are more pooping and better digestion and a stronger immune system.

Eating fruit helps too. I think pineapple is the best food for it, not too sure though just think thats what i read!

That is bromelain that makes the pinapple work.

Many enzymes digest diffrent types of food.
Like for instance:
Protease helps break down protein.
Amylase helps break down staches.
Lipase helps to break down fats.

Bromelain is primarily used for breaking down protein but it has a bunch of other healthy benefits and this can be purchased Over the counter.

Papaya Enzyme contains the enzyme, papain, which also aids in digestion.

There are a ton out there but I have a couple of ones I like best.
Twin Labs digestive enzymes are good.

Darwins blend by Traider Joes is another good product.
