obie130 is on a distinguished road
good fats

just need to make a list of good fats for when i hit the supermarket for my cutting phase so i can have a varied diet please feel free to add to list
flax seed oil/seeds
almonds
olive oil
vegatable oil?
full fat milk?
eggs
fish oils
mackeral
salmon
thats as much knowledge on fats as i no lol please feel free to add,dave

Only other 2 id add are:

full fat milk? - NO! No milk while cutting IMO. Way too much sugar

Tuna in a brine doesnt have fat in it - you'd need whole tuna or tuna in oil.
