How much protein?

Reading through the threads I've seen 1.5g to 1.9g protein times your weight in lb. Now is this your weight now? Your lean body mass? or what you want your bm to be?

you cant have to much protein.... well you could but best off going for the higher figure.

i weigh about 13 stone odd and i take in atleast 300 gms per day. split over ateast 6 meals.

protein is needed more to spare muscle wehn dieting
