    Please help me lads, my first ever cutting phase

    Good morning chaps.

    I need as much help and advice as I can get.

    I'm about to start my first real cut. I'm doing right up til Xmas eve.

    After Xmas (Jan 1st) I'll lean bulk with my last ever cycle for 8 weeks, then cut again for just under 10 weeks til the day of my wedding
    May 11th, and hopefully I'll have something left

    I've never done a real cut, I can diet to a degree, but I need as much info on diet, diet tips, should I do cardio, what type of cardio ie walking or sprints.

    All I want to do is get to 9% to single didgets will do me, any less and I'll look very thin.

    I'm at around 15/16% at 14.3 right now.

    Any advice would be greatful

    All I intend to do is drop my cals down by around roughly 700 a day to 1800/1900 slowly drop my carbs, get some cardio in and keep lifting heavy as I can.

    Cheers chaps any advice would be greatful as their are some very knowledgeable people on here.

    Have you got your diet all written down and training plan mate? You say about cutting cals etc and training heavy but what are the ins and outs of this?

    Diet pretty much is this.

    Morning 50gs oats, one scoop of whey in with it

    Mid morning tub cottage cheese 34g protein

    Dinner, 100g chicken breast, asparagus

    Mid afternoon, some mixed nuts

    Train

    Evening meal 200g chicken breast, mixed beans or sweet potatoe, with salad and olive oil

    Before bed, another shake 66g protein or cottage. Cheese..


    Obviously I'll eat different meals, but thats an example for my days food.

    Once a week I will "IF" also maybe a full 24 hours

    My gym workouts don't change, just go heavy as I can sets of six to eight, on a five day split.

    It's just the nutrition advice I need, ie macros I don't fully understand it.
