Thumbs up ECA stack
doing 2 weeks on 2 weeks off (150 asprin/30 effy/200 caffine) twice a day


just started back after 2 weeks ......... maybee its all in my head but you can train for ever on it just done hour + on the treadmill 9kmph-20kmph
where b4 i could only do ½ hour

Yeah gives me a hell of a boost.

I would use a different breakdown though
300mg Aspirin 100mg Caffeine 30mg Ephedrine is best IMO

why 300g asprin? as most peeps recomend 100-150?

It suppresses the effects of the stimulants so the stack is more effective for longer. It's not essential but if you are running it you may as well run it around 300mg.

Sorry to hijack the thread but i was wondering whilst taking an ECA stack or herbal equifilant if it is common for my manhood to shrink?

Yes this is common but its a temporary thing while the drug is active.

It stems from the increase in adrenaline from the stimulants which creates that fight or flight environment in the body, the shrinking is a protective mechanism stemming from this situation.

Would this cause problems with sleep? I mean would it extend the life of eph/caffeine making it more difficult to sleep or in contrast would it simply reduce the effects, therefore making it easier to sleep?

I know when I'm on an ECA stack and go to bed at my usual time it takes me around an hour to nod off. Going to increase the asprin to see.

Nice explanation, Tom - I knew it caused shrinking, but never knew why.

When I first took a t5 ECA I wasn't told about the shrinking of my man hood. I couldn't get it up for hours! My girlfriend thought I didn't fancy her anymore LOL!
