Yah, I think you will lose weight on that.
Might want to swap the peanut butter for some fish oils. Varying the fats around would be a good idea.
Also the brown rice and pasta seems a bit much, swap a vegetable like brocolli in place of one of those carbohydrates.

sorry to barge in but in relation to the question I've just posted above wouldn't you lose more body fat by eating hardly anything and the drugs you take, than eating the 5/6 meals above?

Starvation diets work in the short term, and may work for 5% of the population, however, they usually also incur catabolism of muscle tissue, so you metabolic rate drops.

When people go off starvation diets, the body goes, OH GOOD we are not starving but make sure we store more fat in case it happens again!

With less muscle, the body also needs less calories then.

You have to feed the muscle and keep your metabolism humming along, therefore, many believe small frequent meals to achieve this.

There are studies that I have seen where there is the same amount of weight loss with starvation diets and keto type diets.
Only diffrence is the starvation diets lost way more muscle.

Sorry, no easy way around this one.
You will shoot for about 2 pounds a week.
Only slightly have a calorie deficit.
Too agressive of diet will hinder fat loss not promote it.
