Sweat Suits - Any Good?

Hi I'm making steady progress, have lost most fat by walking fast for 20 minutes then jogging for 20 minutes nearly every day, BUT still have loose flabby skin on my upper chest/stomach area, I was wondering whether investing in a sweat suit for my 40 minutes on the treadmill would increase my progress? Anyone use these? Also I've seen 2 on ebay is there any point in getting the expensive one or do they just do the same job? Cheers

All they do is make you sweat more. You'll be a bit lighter after your workout, but that's because your body has lost water and is dehydrated. Once you drink some water, you'll gain that weight again.

You want to lose fat, not water, which comes down to doing exercise and modifying your diet, rather than wearing an expensive bin bag.

Ok I thought sweating makes you lose fat, so how does the fat come off then?
