![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Too many sakes, too low in good fats, too low in vegetables as well. I think you will do better off using more prepared meals instead of something comming out of a package, tub, wrapper, etc.... I try and eat a carb/protein/fat with every meal. Try and avoid the more processed foods. I think people think that protein powder is some magic powder that packs on muscle. Don't believe it, I to take 1 shake a day after my workout. That is the only meal that I would consider processed. All my other meals are whole foods. I also use fruits and vegetables in my meals for my carbohydrate consumption. If I was bulking I would choose the more calorie dense stuff but dieting fruits and vegetables. |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | I think if you can eat whole food 6 times a day then great but not everyone can with working full time and the amount of food that is needed. I try and get 50% from whole food 50% from supps also i agreee with the fruit and veg eat loads of it |

Why would half of your total meals (probably even more considering the fast lifestyles of most people), consist of processed foods? Man can not improve on what GOD makes. Lets use an apple and a can of tuna for example, it is just as easy to eat that than to eating something out of a bag or shake. Finger foods can be anything, all fruits and most vegetables are finger food. I pack meat in my bag and bust off some with each meal and that is as easy to pack as a protein shake, I dont even need a glass to mix it in. I think if you take the time to prepare your food the night before, you will have the same amount of time during the next day to eat and enjoy your food. In fact I think this is a healthier option and I bet this will keep insulin in much better control along with supporting your vitamin, mineral, fiber, cardiovascular system, etc, etc, etc. Oh, not to mention cheaper too ![]()

A good diet and resistance training will minimise the losses. Anyone that says they can go on a diet and not lose any muscle is just full of it. Sorry
