Hi there , new to the forum, just wondered if any1 had heard of these and if they are any good for loosing weight? any info would be appreciated

There only good if you have a very high carb starchy diet ie, pasta, rice, potatoes, they are supposed to act like a magnet to the starch drawing it away from your digestive system and help your body control the sugars from the carbohydrates better, wether they work or not is another story i havent seen a lot of research on it.
If your looking for an alternative to the run of the mill fat burners try CLA, flax oil, and/or l-carnitine all should help if you want to get leaner. hope this helps mate.
