what percent BF do you reckon i am???

what bf would peeps say i was on this pic?? the scales say 17% and calipers say 13-14.

my waist is currently 34" on this pic

as both methods ive been using seem to be wrong.

i suppose as long as its decreasing i should be happy

pics are difficult mate,,...

i mean , and its not a go,...but its best if you can have a poke and a prod too...

the chest looks well but is there a proportion of fat on that??

i,d say DB was close with 16 % but if its going in the right direction thats the main thing mate,...keep it up...



edit,...you look a bit like Romeo69 but with short hair,......and not as much ink!!

iwas taking ephidrine, with way too little cals when the first pic was taken.obvously this wasnt working


hackskii then sorted me a diet out and i stuck with it whilst changing to clenbuterol.

im doing little cardio but i am training 3 on 1 off so im in the gym like 6 days a week.

i do a little bag work and have a pretty hectic job so i dont really go too much with cardio.

might introduce some good cardio, but im scared incase i start loosing more muscle.

Id say about 17%

I would for sure lift weights, resistance training offers superior fat burning over cardio.

I feel that when you get leaner and trying to get that last bit off the eph, clen, yohimbe stuff is added.
I really myself did not have that much luck with the stimulants in comparrison to diet.
I eat every 2 hours and take in 20 oz of water 1/2 hour before meals.
My last meal is just fats and protein.
