![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | i feel good so im going to boast i started mt diet after xmas, after some time getting used to my body type, i found the best diet for me. with some expert help from hackskii. before... 15 stone @ 27-28% bf 40.5" waist 44" chest 15.5" arms i went down to... 12st 10lb @ 19% bf 35.5" wasit 43" chest 15" arms then i started my winny and prop cycle and now..... 13st 2 @17% 34.5waist 43" chest 15.5" arms yayyyyy, think i might have just cracked it. i got 4 weeks left of my cycle. so hopfully i should get somewhere near my 33" waist goal @ 13-14% the pics are quite funny tbh, i didnt realise how fat i was till i look back. oh yeah.... i measure my bf with tanita scales. i just bought calipers and my bf is actually nearer 15% |

After your are off and lose the water you will be looking really good. Congrats bro. I am down 25 lbs and 6 inches myself, following the same approach as you for the most part. I am stuck at the moment, I guess I will do some cardio now. |
