PAULSHEZ is on a distinguished road
Lean muscle gain

Hi

I am getting stresses trying to design a diet to help me lean up slowly whilst adding quality muscle.


Diet:
,

Breakfast (7am)---4 egg whites,2yolks, 100G Oatmeal = (70g Carbs)
All microwaved and 1 scoop whey added


9 am---2 scoop protein in water, 1 teaspoon flax oil
Cup of coffee

12.00pm---200g chicken breast, 70 g rice (dry weight) = (52g carbs)

3pm---200g Chicken breast, 70g rice (dry weight) = (52g Carbs)
Cup of coffee

4.30 pm -- Train

**Directly after training 80g protein in water

7pm---200grams red meat/some broccoli , 60g rice (dry weight) = (45g carbs)


Approx Totals = 220g Carbs
= 450g Protein



I have a office based job and have a medium to slow metabolism
