Ephedrine or Clenbuterol

I am about to start cutting me body up for the summer months after a nice mass building phase for the last few months.

I am looking at taking some fat burners to help with my goals, but am undecided on whether Ephedrine or Clenbuterol would give better results.

Any views anyone?

Have you tried any of the over the counter ones like San Tight, Hydroxycut, Animal cuts?

What is your diet like as that is the most important thing?

IMO taking clen, ephedra is not as bad, but just to 'cut up for the summer' is a bit, well don't take this the wrong was, but not very sensible.

That drug (clen) is really starting to annoy me.

Please post your diet, see what's up before taking any pharmas. NO magic pill. Also what is your training like?

Respect

I've never used it personally....tried effy, but not to keen on that either, it works but I don't like the whole paranoid, dithery feeling it gives...but everyone to their own

My diet at the moment on an average day consists of the following.

8am after training session 75g oats with water and 1 scoop of protein, washed down with a protein shake.

10.30am - home made protein bar

12.30pm - wholemeal rice and tuna/chicken breast.

3pm - home made protein bar

5pm - protein shake

7pm - wholemeal rice and chicken/fish (salmon/haddock/tuna steak)

Also consume about 8 pints of water a day and 1 cup of green tea in the am and one in the pm.

I train 5 different body group on each week day and then do about 40 mins cardio on a saturday, but am still failing to get the washboard stomach effect.

Is this any good?

It sounds ok to me, but bump for tom or pscarb who are far superior in their dietary wisdom than me...Do you train on an empty stomach though, I'm not sure that's too good, also I personally train a different body group every day, I'm not too sure training all groups every day is a good option, but I suppose it depends on what you're trying to acheive mate,,
What are your stats and goals?? what's in the protein bar (curious as i might ask wifey to make some, she made some peanut butter flapjacks once with a whole jar of honey in....yuk)

protein bar consists of

1 jar wholenut peanut butter,
1/2 jar honey
1 mug of oats
and 4 scoops of protein powder, Currently dymatize butter cream toffee.

Makes for a delicious snack.

Am currently 12.5 st and 5ft 9in, ideally want to get to about 13-13.5stone but at the same time have me abs showing.

I've read a Lee Haney book and he swears by the fact that you can still add on the muscle mass and look lean all year round. I have put muscle on but at the moment am hitting a brick wall when it comes to adding on more weight, and i can't seem to get me abs showing.

Abs would be ideal as we are coming up to summer and i have a calender to be posing for at the end of summer so need to be in top shap for then.

Ok you got that recipe from Muscle Talk yes?

We were laughing about it in Kim's gym! OMG talk about a huge amount of fat! AND all that honey. JUST STOP with that one. I have another homemade protein 'flapjack' recipe I will put in recipes. I have a couple, but one calls for 2 tablespoons of peanutbutter.

For your weight, you may not be eating enough. So many people starve themselves, slow down their metabolism. I eat 30-40 g of oats every morning on a comp diet and I weigh 9-9.5 stone.

Also what time do you go to bed? If 7 is your last meal and you are up until midnight...................to long to go without food.

Also one of my recommendations, ermmmmmmmmmmmm fruit and vegetables?

5 portions a day, I usually eat a whole brocolli and cauliflower at least 3 days a week.

Respect

Well i'm not one for feeling limp down below, so i think i'll leave the ephs alone.
May try Clen, but will concentrate more on getting diet sorted out first.

By way of fruit and veg, these are somewhat lacking in my diet, but i do stockpile on them at probably 2-3 times a week, with a big plate of veg instead of the rice on evening meal.

this does tend to leave me feeling hungry later on and reaching for rice cakes topped with peanut butter.
