Robsta,

I am not fond of Clen as so many peeps think it is the 'magic pill' in losing weight.

Also all the side effects, it has also been shown to thin the bones in rats, and osteoporosis is SUCH a huge problem for women in older age AND men can get it as well.

Mr. F, why not try a herbal fat burner like SAN or Animal Cuts first.

I've never tried clen T, and don't think I'd want to if it makes you all jittery like the eph does....30 mins on treadmill instead methinks....lol

Mr F is on a distinguished road
Cheers for the feedback guys.

Will look into the herbal fatburners, let you know hwat i decide and then how i get on with it.

I also have some time off work soon so will concentrate on restructuring my diet so as to try and incorporate more fruit and veg and more calories so that i can grow whilst staying lean.

I had honestly forgotten how jittery you get, ive just been in the break room in work eating my tuna salad and someone come in and said are you ok?,.. your shaking like a leaf.

I said yeah just a little bit hungry.

I wouldnt recommend them

Mr F you have made a good choice mate to look into restructuring your diet.

i was wondering when you'd see that!!

i use ephs,...i dont like em.....but i use em all the same,......

a week on these ....

a week off......

the jittery feelin ,...yeah i know,....but i do seem to get ,...

not energy ...but a bit of a push to do the CV ,....

if i dont take em straight out of bed, my CV is affected, i,m sure.......

but when i do take em, .....20 mins after (usually 10 mins into cv) with a cup o black coffee on top of em .....

i can go for the 45 mins without let up.

so for now there doing what i want them to,....but as a long term fix for summat ....nah!

I have used effy for 6 months, 4 weeks on 2 weeks off with great results. I dont get that jitter thing any more i just feel wide awake.

The other half takes them now and again and he's not had any problems downstairs!!

I would leave Clen alone unless you are planning to do a comp. Just my opinion.
