Need to lose as much fat as possible in two weeks

Alright lads, how goes it?

I don't work out (much) anymore, but I've got something planned for two weeks time and I want to shed some as much fat as I can before then, and I figured this would be the best place to ask about it.

At the moment my diet is crap, so much so that I can't tell you what it is because of how random it is.

I'll be setting aside an hour or so per day for cardio. I'll be using an exercise bike. I'll be doing it when I first wake up, but if late night exercise is advantageous I can make time just before bed.

I've got some yohombie, so I'll probably use that to help the process. Apparently it has a certain side effect but I'm sure I can cope with that.

I'm just looking for a basic plan ie. how many meals per day and how many calories at each meal, and how much protein/carbs/fat. I'm looking for something a bit radical because of the amount of time involved.

At the moment I'm weighing in at just under 15 stone, at a height of 5'11. Some of that is muscle, which I've still got a decent amount of.

well yep, but if you want something radical you have to accept you will lose a little muscle.... imo if you diet, no matter with what type, your going to be eating less calories than your body needs and therefore your going to lose a little muscle as well as fat...

this diet allows you to eat a lot of protein - infact it says as much meat as you want - and this will help curb catabolism to some degree...

this diet just puts you into ketosis - ie. puts your body into a mode where it uses fats as energy instead of carbs
