Cast your eye

Cast your eye over my new diet and let me know if i need to make any changes! My plan is to get b/fat down some more, at the moment i am weighing in at 17 stone and want to get down to 16!! I train 4 days a week and do no cardio as i dont have the time with moving house recently.

Breakfast--50g oats and scoop protein
9.30--250g chicken salad with olive oil and apple
12.00--250g chicken salad with olive oil and pear
15.00--protein shake and udos oil
17.00 train
after training--protein shake with l glut and dextrose
19.30--vegtable omlette and udos oil
before bed--protein shake

I used to have sweet potoes instead of salad but now the weather is getting a bit better i think it time to get on the salads again!

Look pretty solid to me dude.

You might do slightly better replacing the two non-PWO shakes with whole foods, but on the whole, that diet should get you where you want to be.

If you're losing more than 2lbs/week, up the protein and fats though, as I don't know what your metabolism is like.

Sounds good pal. Just make sure you are hitting, at the very least, the minimum protein requirement for you body weight. Incidentally, if anything your protein should be increased by quite a bit considering how little carbs you are taking in.

You can take some apple pectin with your meals to slow down digestion and this will keep blood sugars more even.
Chromium Picolonate is good for regulating blood sugars too.
If you are going lower on the carbs just up the fats some, this will replace the energy lost from the carbs and curb insulin so fat loss is easier.
In the presence of insulin fat loss stops dead.
If you are dieting then last two meals can be just fats and protein only, this works very well and this is what I do.
2 lbs is cool if you are not over 15 lbs overweight if less than 15 then go 1 lb a week or max 1.5
