just like to say thanx.....

to all those who helped with my diet.

im now steadily loosing 3-5lbs a week and im about 10lbs off my ideal weight.

ive lost 24lbs altogether and dropped from 29% to 20.5%.

i have lost some muscle mass but i look a lot better for it. ive dropped 3/4s of an inch of my arms and an 1.5 inch off my chest but ive lost 5inches off my waist.

i know for a fact im gonna end up slim, but im gonna try and keep the condition im in and build up at that.

im still cycling 120mcgs of clenED (2weeks) then 2 weeks at eca stack. (it semas to be working with no probs so i'll leave it for now.

i got some great diet advice from hacksii, after ages of me trying he finally sorted it for me.

heres my diet....

1,.... whey protein, apple, 25gms of seeds. codliver oil, tribulus, chromium picolinate
2,.... tin of tuna, various nuts
3,.... chicken, steamed veg, fish oils
4,..... whey protein, apple, seeds
5,..... chicken, salad, fish oils
6,..... protein, nuts or seeds.

im doing 45 mins cardio most days and training 3-4 times a week.

i know there are too many shakes in there but its a bit cheaper than buying meat all the time and im adding fats , low gi carbs and fibre with fruit and seeds.

if any one wants to comment on my diet and regime, please feel free. im open to any advice. and thanx again all

Looks like it's working well for you dude. To lose 5" off your waist and only 0.75" off your arms if pretty good going. Well done.

How's your strength changed since starting the diet?

24 lbs and 5" is a good thing.
That tells me that it was mostly fat.

I would slow down the weight loss some, the leaner you get the more muscle you are going to lose with that aggressive of weight loss.
Shoot for 1.5 lbs till you get the last 5 then shoot for just one lb a week...

Congrats dude, that is excellant.

I am doing very well too.

The reason you are so successfull is the fact with your diet you have done a good job at controlling insulin.
From a diet aspect adding in the fats and keeping the carbs selected to Low GI you have become more insulin sensitive.

The exercise you are doing helped in insulin sensitivity too.

But Id slow some on the weight loss now, if you dont you will notice less inches compared to before on your waist.

Good job.
