![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | mixed nuts.. yay or nay??? i once read somewhere nuts are good whil dieting, but im now aware of the fat content. basically im trying to have small amounts of food in my staomach at all times to keep my metabolism going so im snacking on nuts whn i cant eat a meal at work. is this ok cheers |
