mixed nuts.. yay or nay???

i once read somewhere nuts are good whil dieting, but im now aware of the fat content.

basically im trying to have small amounts of food in my staomach at all times to keep my metabolism going so im snacking on nuts whn i cant eat a meal at work.

is this ok

yep, id say!

they have virtually no sugar, very slow releasing energy from good fats.

they make up the majority of my breakfast!

yes definatly a good choice although some nuts are better than others Almonds are very good..

They happen to be one of the lowest of all the GI in foods.
Almonds yes and raw and unsalted if you can handle that are the best.

ive since discoverd nuts and seeds are ideal, and help with the long working hours and lack of meal breaks
