body fat content

can anyone tell of some metods of determining my bodyfat percentage as im now going to start documenting my progress throughout the year and it will also help me with my progress/diet cheers

get your self some Accu measure calipers i am sure you can get them on the net.
i use these to track my BF%

mate although i bought calipers myself

i honestly think that taking pics every 3 to 6 months will be far better for you to judge your progress.

Calipers are a decent guage but how many of us are brutally honest with ourselves ? Plus unless you enlist the help of others your only gonna be able to guage 1 or 2 areas at the most, buy your calipers if you want but for me, id use a camera and a mirror or a very honest friend.

They are a one site measurement and have been found to be quite accurate, the cheap plastic ones! Seriously!

It is a fantastic feeling when you get too low BF for these calipers!
