When dieting the waist is the last place that the fat goes.

Some time even though we are lower in bodyfat it looks like the waist is fatter due to that roll.
Common actually and this is just the last place for the fat to go.
The face is the first place and this is what most people notice.

You need protein with each meal but on this diet you only have it with 2 meals you cannot be eating 100g of Protein on this diet...

Where are your good fats to replace the carbs you have taken out?PWO is a Glutamine tablet?? WTF is that

Rice cakes get rid of them these are in my opinion useless in a diet unless you are trying to carb up.
Sorry to be blunt Ed but we have spoken plenty of times plus i did work you out a plan last year if i was you i would look at that...

I can now see the issue with dropping more fat your metablosm has stalled their is not enough of anything in this diet to stimulate your body to Burn fat..from the pics i have seen you need to lose another 12-14lbs to get on stage ripped this diet is not going to accomplish this..

A few points:
1. Look at eating 1.5g of protien per lb of bodyweight with this diet you are not!!
2. Only eat complex carbs you are eating simple carbs on this diet(rice cakes & Jam!!)
3. Eat 6 meals per day or replace a meal with a protein shake if you have little time.
4. Only eat carbs on your first 3 meals of the day
5. Ramp up your intake of fats i would hazard a guess that you need approx 50g of fats added to your diet this alone should stimulate fat loss.
6. Eat loads more veg

Oh man, king, you need some help with that diet.
Listen to paul.
It is no wonder you wont drop bodyfat.

Two very important things here.
Total cals is low and your metabolism is running slow right now.

You selection of foods (without going too technical) is telling to body to store fat.

Let me explain.
That rice cake has no fiber and no fat and actually is a processed carbohydrate.
Rice cakes happen to be one of the higest foods in the GI.
Removing those high GI carbs will controll insulin and controlling insulin will aid your body to reduce fat storing

Combining high GI foods with low GI foods will also reduce the speed at which sugar is released in your blood. For instance, if you ate a rice cake (GI = 99) you would have an insulin spike because the rice cake is converted into sugar very fast. However, if you had a tablespoon of peanut butter (GI = 15) with your rice cake, the total GI of the meal is only 57. Yes, the peanut butter adds more calories to the meal, but because you have less insulin in the blood those calories are more likely to be burned instead of being stored as fat.
This happens due to fat supressing insulin and is the number one food in supressing insulin.
Fiber too supresses insulin this is the reason why your vegetables are so low in the glycemic Index (GI).

As you can see adding jam to that rice cake not only did nothing to support the lowering of the GI but actually added more sugar to that diet spiking insulin.

Belly fat is a good indication that you are storing your bodyfat.

Another thing, your diet is very low in protein and fat.
I bet you are using two cans of tuna a day that is probably half the amount you should be eating right now.

Drop the rice cakes all togeher, in fact drop all the rice right now, up the protein times two and start adding some fish oils in your diet.
This will replace the carbs and give you more even blood sugar levels so you dont spike insulin,
You will retain less water.
You will start burning more fat.
You will feel better due to even blood sugar levels and fat being excellant for mood and brain function (omega 3's are the best for depression).

Bro, as paul said you need a little something after your workout.
No fats and some carbs and protein.

Night before bed only protein and fat, some eggs are very good here.

You can eat your vegetables, you can eat your oats but you have to eat a protein and a fat with those.

By the way rice cakes are equal to sugar and very little to nutrition, drop those, they are a very poor eating selection for diets.
Low fat diets are not healthy and will lower your testosterone levels too.

OK,Paul could you please email me the diet you did for me last year.At least now I know why wegiht loss has stalled I did forget to add that I am taking glutamine tablets either before training and in the morning. Also paul from the picture I think that I would have to lose 16pounds.Since posting the message ive added more tuna instead of the ridiculous amount of 1tin to 1.5 tins ive uped that to 3 and also eating chicken 40grams.The only plus point is at least I look better than last year BUT THAT WASNT HARD. Would you say 13 weeks is long enough.

i don't have your diet from last year Ed didn't you keep a copy??
1 tin of tuna is approx 34g of protein so you are getting 102g from tuna i will assume you mean 40g in protein rather than 40g in weight but this is still too low far far to low.

Look at the points i made in my last post and build your diet using these principles..

mate i know very little

and im no where near getting on stage, if i ever will?

But from the sounds of it youve had great advice and just not taken it, even in this early stage of apprenticeship of mine i can see where your going wrong.

I admire you for getting on stage but who the hell wants to be there just to make up the numbers? Sort it out and get stuck in, failure to prepare is preparing to fail and who wants that.
